Last week we were presented with a brand new granddaughter, Kaylee Alice Fay. This beautiful little girl is truly a miracle baby. I am deeply grateful that Kaylee is here!
My intention with this blog is to share some of the stories, in words and pictures, that shape my life. These stories are like coconuts, generally drifting aimlessly on the ocean currents. When the tides are right some of these coconuts are washed ashore on a remote beach. Most float away again on the next high tide. Occasionally a few are left behind. One or two may send down roots through the dry sand when watered by monsoon rains or visiting yachties. They grow into trees that provide a shady resting place and a cool drink for passers-by.
Kaylee is such a story.
